Yey! Wellcome!I am Orochirö, clown and philosopher comedian.
^{Well, this is not true but it would be cool ✰} I 'm an illustrator and artist 2D from Spain who loves nesquik, surreal comedy and slice of life genres.I graduated from Fine Art and I have a Master's degree in Animation. I've been doing digital art since 2010 although I focuses on anime and manga art, also do cartoon an another styles. By commissioning me, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service.

General_{^{✦ When you order a commission you will receive a digital image NOT a printed illustration.
✦This artworks are for you personal use only cannot be used for commercial use. Reproduction for merchandising is NOT allowed. You neither can use for advertising, identity or logo without having previously agreed before a price for lucrative use.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission If it make me uncomfortable or I feel I'm unable to fulfill the request.
✦ Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. （◞‸◟）I always try to be nice and friendly so please I would like to receive same treatment. ♡
✦I work with visual references. Written description will not be acepted, you must send an image. I will only draw characters that are already fully designed (with the exception of Commission type: Character Sheet)
✦You cannot claiming the artwork as your own, and you won't be able edit, trace or alter the drawing without my consent.
✦I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my social media and added to my portfolio. Notify me before if you won´t that your commission be public and we can agree adding an extra fee.
✦ Please properly credit me(@Orochirö) or include a link to any of my socials media when you post my art. ♥
✦ You cannot use my work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency or something similar in any way.
✦Prices may increase over time and I can modify my Terms of Service at any time, if I consider it's necessary.}}Payment & Refund_{^{✦Currency accepted is either EURO and can be paid through PayPal. If you are from Spain and it's not possible for you to use that method, you can pay me through Bizum.
✦Payment must be in advance when I receive it I will start the commission.
✦Please don't send me any payment before we have everything agreed. When I give you a slot is when you can make the payment.
✦After the payment and your order are confirmed, there are NO refunds.
✦In the event that the commission cannot be finished due to any personal reasons after the payment has been made, I will notify you and will issue a refund.

✦ Attention: If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund I will decline the chargeback and I will cancel commission instantly. If the drawing has already been done I will supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. _{✦The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 week - 2 months depending on factors such as complexity of the artwork, others pending works, time availability, health or my personal situation.
✦If you need the commission for a specific date, please tell me when you request the order. Keep in mind that if it is something very urgent, there will be an extra fee.
✦In general, I work according to the arrival order and I usually carry several commissions at the same time. Sometimes, depending on the complexity of the request, priority or my mood, it's possible that I make some drawings before anothers. Please understand I reserve the right to do it.
✦Please be patient, if I do not contact you it is because I have not made any progress yet. When I have something I will let you know through WIPs so that you can give it your approval.}</sup> Process and Editions_{^{✦You'll receive several WIPs during the process:
----Sketch/ Lineart /Color Base
✦You can ask for 3 free changes during the sketch process included in the price. No problem with color changes but only during the base color phase. Please to be specific and don't forget anything you'd like me to change on it.
✦Once the sketch is approved, I'll start to clean and color it. At this point, you can't ask for complicated changes, only color changes and minor details. But If you really wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you an extra fee. Unless a mistake from my side has been made
✦If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge. Please provide me references that will facilitate my work and that will not give rise to misunderstandings.}} Commercial Use_{^{✦My artwork is for personal use but If you want to request an order for commercial use you should contact me and we will negotiate a price. Cost will be double or triple of noncommercial commissions depending on the type of use that you want to give it to the artwork.What do I consider as commercial use?
✦Using my art to print and sell merchandising such a prints, stickers, Mugs, T-shirts, keychain, etc.
✦Using my art for youtube videos, twitch streams, or any other platform where you can monetized content and use it branding.
✦Anything within this category and similar: Promotional posters, illustration and book cover art, Videogames: Visual novel CG & assets, etc.}}What I can draw:

3. I will answer you as soon as possible, we will agree on the price and I will give you a slot depending on the availability you have at that time.
4. When I confirm the commission you will be able to pay me.
5. I will start the drawing, during the process I will send you several WIPs for you to approve, make sure you are specific in the corrections you want to make

• If you request a commission I assume that you have read and accepted my Terms of service
• Specify the commission as clearly as possible and give me the references so I can easily understand it.
• To be able draw your character as much accurate as possible, you can send me his personality, history and another draws.
• I require full payment before I start the artwork. And Please, do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.
